Footings in and Walls Started

It's exciting to actually walk into some part of our house!

Yay!!!

So I was excited last week to see our house strung out (marked in bright green). But today....We had a hole!!! I was so excited!!! We are finally getting started. I can't wait to see our hole become a house!

Still Waiting!

We are still waiting to break ground for our house. I guess right now we are waiting for the construction loan to go through. I hope it does soon. The city fees double if we aren't started by November first. So we are hoping this week will bring good news!

Kitchen Ideas....

So we are thinking of doing our kitchen kind of like this. No red wall, but we like the dark cabinets, white counter tops, and our island would have the green counter top. What do you think? We are going a little more modern.

My Two Little Friends

These are my cute little friends, and my nieces. They are a ton of fun. Since I moved to Manti, I have spent a lot of time with these girls. They call me quite often to see if I can "play". I love it. I think its fun. I am very grateful for the kids in my life. Thanks girls for always brightening my day!

My First Arrangement!

I'm so excited! I just started a job at Ruby Bloom. It's a super cute flower store Manti. Well this is a picture of my first arrangement. I think it's pretty cool. I love the style they do there and I am so excited to learn how to do it all!

We Made It Through Today!!!

I am sooooo glad that we finally made it through today! We had the movers come today. So it was an extremely busy day, but even worse for Gavin who is still at work! But I am so excited that the moving is done for now. I just need to finish cleaning the house on Tuesday while Gavin signs the papers and we are out of there. Again, I am so grateful that our house sold! That was a huge blessing for us right now. I am ready for life to calm down a little. And I am excited to be settled again for a while (even if that is just 6 months in a basement) and not have to travel to Lehi every weekend. I am glad that there is an end in site!
